Stretch

*The effect of stretching*

Bodily youth is maintained:Metabolism is raised by developing a line and the elasticity of a line is received.

Pliability is raised:A motion becomes smooth and becomes prevention of an injury.

To stress alleviation:Stiffness is loosened, and comfort can be tasted and relaxed.


*The cautions at the time of performing stretching*

Don't give reaction:It lengthens slowly, without giving momentum and reaction.

Don't strain yourself:Don't lengthen forcibly without pitting up with painful one.

Don't stop a breathe:A line is developed inhaling first and vomiting.

Fast food


Fast food is handy. It is cheap and doesn't take much time. But there are a lot of problems. For example, they are high calorie, a lots lipid and salts are included. There are few salads, so vitamins and minerals are not included very much and they have unbalanced nutrition. If you have a lot of high lipid and high calorie, you may become high blood pressure and unusual metabolism of lipid. If you leave them alone, you may also metabolic syndrome and lifestyle-related illness. When you want to eat fast food at any cost, you shouldn't drink juice but oolong tea, and you should add salad and vegetable soup.
